The starting point of this tour is the valley station of the suspension railway. In the direction of Büttnerweg, walk right across the ski meadow to the bend in Karlsbader Straße. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city. Continue to the left, past the Faschingsbrunnen (carnival fountain) to the Alte Poststraße until you reach the allotment gardens in the Zechengrund. In this gem along the Czech border you will discover rare plants as well as old shafts and traces of mining. On the Anton-Günther-Weg and the Alte Poststraße you walk in the direction of the ski jumps across the ski meadow back to the starting point.
